Pre-Orders
When pre-ordering, customers must provide a valid and accessible email in order to receive the finished product once it is complete. This email is kept private and only used to send product updates. There will NEVER be additional charges for a product after it has been pre-ordered. Pre-Order purchases for digital content can not be refunded. If the Pre-Order is for a Physical Product, see "Physical Product Refund" section below.
Future Updated Digital Content BONUSES
If and when a digital product is updated, customers who purchased the digital product will receive an email with the option to download the new file. There will NEVER be an extra charge for accessing updated files.
Digital Product Refunds
Digital Comics are provided as downloadable .pdf files. Once access has been given, refunds can only be given for duplicate purchases made.
Physical Product Refunds
Refunds can be given on Physical Products until the Physical Product has been shipped to the customer. Refunds can be given on physical copies of books/volumes until the book has been shipped. Once the book or physical product has been shipped and tracking number provided, no refunds can be given.
If a shipping error has been made due to errors on behalf of the purchaser and the book is returned to sender, the customer can provide the correct shipping address and will only be required to pay the new shipping fee to get the "returned" book. If any errors have been made on behalf of the seller which prevented the book from getting delivered to the customer, the customer will not be held liable for any new charges.
Copyright Violations
Access to digital comics DOES NOT grant the customer permission to post, copy, or share content. PDF files contain the purchaser's information and tracking code. Store owner reserves the right to revoke access to posted, copied, or shared content, all previously purchased content, and block the customer from all further purchases if a customer is found to violate copyright law. Copyright laws apply to all original artwork and media contained within this store.
